Hello everyone,
I am new here. I have had panic attacks and agoraphobia for years.
In the past 4ish years, I've managed to learn to deal with my attacks and can get out and about quite well.
The anxiety gets a bit heavy now and again. Quite a bit just lately. Maybe because of the stress of Christmas, I don't know.
Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all :)

Hi Loonie, Welcome aboard. I been here a short time but I can vouch for the folks on the boards, that they are loving and caring people. Support is everywhere you go and if you can share your stories I'm sure it will help others. Remember Christmas is really everyday of the year.
