Been so bad just recently doc gave me meds sertsline. I tried it wed and my panic was so bad I did take it Thursday and was not bad took it Friday again bad so didn't take it yesterday but got up panic attack after panic attack went to loo at half four. Felt anxiuose got back in bed heard my partner getting up at six anxious again drifted in and out of sleep till half Severn then got up still anxiose then I went to bathroom sat on loo and began to panic as I could not wee I ran the tap till I did wee that was it I was in PA Nick mode by time I got own stairs I was in full blown panic ran to my partner telling him I was s aired I think I am going to die and nothing NY one says will stop me thinking it I been doing I over forty years and my only fear is I am going to die x
