Hi Spuder, sorry I have only just seen this message. I hope you are feeling calmer now? Just keep taking slow deep breaths in and holding it for a count of 5 an slowly letting it out again. Every time you start to feel panicky just keep repeating this :hugs::hugs:

Just let them know when you get there that you are anxious, I am sure they will be understanding. The anticipation of these things is quite often worse than the actual event.

You have lots of negative thoughts about this appointment. What if you DON'T have a panic attack? What if it all goes really well? Change all your negative thoughts to a positive one :)

Thanks mrs stress head thanks Annie I don't feel I can do it I used to be so calm about 4 years ago but now u panic over everything
