Worrying

I've had back pain for ages and some flat stools but I was bending over last night and the back pain seemed to go straight through to my stomach and I've got some pain now I can't get it out my head it's something major because I keep thinking I've got stomach cancer I have been having panics over it . And I have loads of wind also could this be caused by stress

Not sure what flat stools are but could you have constipation because this can give you back pain and stomach pain. Not sure how long you have had the pain but if for more than a couple of weeks why not make an appointment with your doctor just to get reassurance that it is nothing serious to worry about.
