So, I've been going through an extremely tough time financially, emotionally. Filing bankruptcy, losing my car, quitting my job, no self esteem and can't follow through with anything. My health anxiety had been under control for almost the entire year, but now, everytime I eat, during the meal I get very nauseous and have pain near the sternum. I can't even enjoy eating anymore because I know I'll feel this. I'm so worried it's stomach cancer or esophageal cancer or something of the sort. I'm only 21.
