Pffft... literally! ;) I've always been gassy and sometimes I can't stand myself! It's been especially bad since my cancer treatment. Heck, I sometimes scare the cat away!

Anxiety causes stomach issues and consequently, flatulance... errrmm... "farting" is one of the lovely side effects ;) But then I'm a man and most men find farts funny :D Women can be just as bad... I was just drifting of to sleep the other night when my wife pooted rather loudly. It was nasty too! I laid there literally shaking with laughter with my face buried in the pillow ~lol~

Perhaps keep a food journal as the foods we eat have a direct impact on gas.
