Hi Im new to this and really struggling with horrible anxiety and OCD. Its causing lots of hurt and trouble with my family and I am in despair how to put it behind me. I am very scared my son thinks I am crazy. I know Im not but it is terrifying me what he might think and it is like a cross between a phobia and OCD with constant obsessional negative thoughts. My psychologist assures me I am definately not crazy but the fear just wont let go. Any suggestions?
