HA all time high help!

Hi,
So I have had HA for a long time.
So far, I think I have had every cancer, ms, etc etc.

Last week I was rushed to A&E thinking I was having a heart attack..the staff were great, did lots of tests, they said all was fine and it was probably just anxiety.

I was ok for a few days but over the weekend I started to get pains over my right ovary and into the top of my leg. I have had this before, and last year I had lots of tests, scans etc and PCOS was diagnosed.
After looking on Dr Google I am convinced I might have ovarian cancer. I can,t eat with worry, have had lots of diarrhea and vomiting which I know is down to anxiety as my stomach always kicks off when my anxiety is bad.

I was going to go to my gp but I'm tryin to get a grip, it's so hard though.

I'm currently on citalopram 20mg and propranolol 40mg x3, nothing seems to work. I'm 40 and I hate feeling like this...

I feel like im reading something I could of wrote a week a go!
I was rushed to a&e chest pains breathless etc. All tests were fine. A few days later pains on my side back to hospital had scans and bloods done and told its just my pcos.
I didnt eat for two weeks and had none stop diarrhea.
Im still getting lower abdominal pains severe ibs and so on.
If there was anything that alarmed docs regarding cancer it would of showed up in blood x
