Intermittent centre of chest pain.. to do with withdrawal from citalopram?

Because I've (thankfully) been so much better from anxiety I am forgetting what symptoms felt like -but just lately (after gradually withdrawing and been about two weeks with nothing now) I've been getting panicky feelings at points, and yesterday and today a chest pain (not sharp, more dull) coming and going now and then. I am not feeling anxious when it happens -but the symptom itself provokes anxiety! Does this sound symptom sound anxiety related?? I really don't want to have to go back on meds again as I'm pregnant!

First of all congrats on pregnancy hun :hugs: second of all when I get panicky I too get chest pain and my chest goes tight cause of my asthma I would mention this to your doc or midwife see what they say hun all the best
