tight knots in. stomach

I always get a tight knot just above navel or either sides of navel...
Why do We get these in them places ?

Ive been getting it for a month diazapam is the only thing that eases it slightly x

The tension is held in our solar plexus, which is just above the naval, try gently rubbing the area with the flat of your hand, gently. I find that breathing in for the count of 5 and then breathing out slowly for the count of 7 helps alleviate the tension.

Just find the tight stomach lingers on or maybe that's my mind concentrating on it all the time. Plus begin time of month don't help :(
