hi does any 1 get relli tight throat and struggle to breath sometime I can't even swollow properly or hardly talk its horrible feels like I got lump or its closing up :(

Yep all anxiety I get the lump feeling in throat at times feel like I can't swallow and if I try and eat I feel like the food won't go down but it will pass x

I've been going through the exact same thing today. apart from struggling to breathe, my throat feels like its all sticky and is slowly closing. remember though, these are all just your mind playing tricks on you, i'm trying to tell myself that at the moment, its a struggle, but im not gonna stop

I've had a bad few days to (time of month) but up just have to try carrying on as normal it will pass xxx

Its really horrible I got this throat think all the time it just won't go
I won't even eat at work till I get home
And I'm waking up in thew the nighy to I just can't stop thinking about at :(((
