Another day , another worry!
Have dry eyes and mouth , have hospital appointment in aug to see if I have sicca syndrome,
Last couple of weeks have slight cataah in morning, this morning forced myself to bring it up and now stomach and chest is burning..
Have I permently damaged throat and stomach because of the dryness, I usually drink water but didn't this morning.
Trying to be rational , almost impossible.b
Please advise if you can...
