There is very hot weather there in my state that making my sinus crazy for another health anxiety.

My town is just by with a heatwave that lasted for a week straight. I found the heat and the brightness during the day would make my panics worse.

We've had a few weeks of hot weather now and no rain here in the East of England. Mugginess and humidity makes my nose block up too and my breathing always goes haywire:wacko::weep:
