Hi all,
I'm Rebecca, I've been suffering from emetophobia for 15 years now. I've had one lot of CBT and have just been referred for another. I was also prescribed Lustral today (I've had one and am convinced I shouldn't take anymore!). I've always 'coped' without medication before but I'm starting to get tired of all the worry and panic.
On a positive note, I have a great hubby, good job and have been lucky enough to travel to some great places (whilst panicking) so I must be doing something right!
