hi everyone
Went on a rowing boat for 6 yrs last weekend since then my back has been a bit stiff to say the least. But, now the pain is a little better i have a slight tinglying down the back of my left leg is worse if im sitting. It actually fine while im walking about. Its not numb just this funny fizy tingly feeling. that comes and goes.
anybody had this symtom?
