Panicking that I'm dying

I haven't been here in ages as I learned to control my anxiety but today I woke up and I've had a pain in my heart all morning I don't no if its just muscle pain or there is something wrong with me but I feel so anxious and panicking so much, I haven't felt like this in a long time I feel so weak and shaking I no its proberly anxiety but I'm so scared I'm going to have a heart attack and die or there's something wrong with my heart

I know what its like - If I get pains within my chest I feel panic too x try and get some air and some sun on your face x
