swollen lymph node in neck pressing on artery...dizzy and scared! :(

is it possible to die from a swollen lymph node pressing on one of your carotid arteries? mine is at the side of my neck...im so dizzy and feel like im gonna faint?
what if it's blocking blood flow to my brain? im so scared omg :(

no, your lymph node will not block the blood flow to your brain. You are probably dizzy because you are flipping out and having an anxiety/panic attack. Try to take some deep breaths, you are going to be fine :)
