Hi Everyone,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes. For many years I've had a really bad fear of speaking in public. For years I would avoid any chance to speak in public and presenting in work was a no go!
I have been trying to get over my fear now for the past few months and I've come across Tom Woods' blog over at Fear of Public Speaking (http://curefearofpublicspeaking.com/) at some of the content on there has been making a huge difference Smile I really hope this helps other people get over their fear because I would consider myself a success story now because I've just come back from my first presentation at work!
