Imvso so scared. I have the docs tomorrow and im stressing. I think i might have PTSD and stressing as found a lump. Ivkeep going shakey and panicking. Im ďreading tomorrow. I always think the worst. :'(

Don't worry everything will be alright. Do deep breathing exercise so that you will feel relaxed. Breathe In and Breathe out.. Then after that pray.:)
