Hi does any1 know wat this is my throat gets tight. Sometimes and wen I look Down feels like I can't breath or its like its covering my hole ??? It'd worrying me now. Its horrible I can't ever look on my phone or look to the ground with out it feeling like its covering my breathing hole so I'm keeping my head up all time even wen I sleep please reply or any1 had this feeling xx

OK thanks buy I've never seen it where when u look down u can't breath or feels like covering my hole ? So is this defo anxity xxx
