psychological addiction

Can you become psychologically addicted in that around same time everyday you need to take valium despite not feeling too anxious? I seem to feel like that is happening. I never take more than 5mg a day and some days can go without but still have the feeling. Am I alone ?

i think you can become physically addicted to valium as its a benzodiazepam and it's quite an addictive medication. i use it only when absolutely needed and i dont have any problems taking it. its more of a last resort medication from what my GP tells me.
