Tired and have a feeling like taking Niacin. Prickly on arms head, etc.

I am taking potassium and started citalopram again 1 week ago. Took 10 mg for 1 week and now take 20. I feel like ants are biting me, but there is nothing there. Have felt very tired recently. Comments?
