Night-time panic attacks

I sometimes wake in the night and my pulse is racing and im already in early stages of a panic attack during which i physically shake, sweat, heart pounds/races, dry mouth and I am convienced Im having a heart attack. I am surprised though as Im asleep beforehand does anyone else wake up with these?

I use to suffer with these there horrible after it use to happen would be awake for ages alas I couldn't get back to sleep x

I've had these before. They are very scary but mine seemed to pass after a while.

I have these as well,the odd night I get by without one.I agree they are horrid,I will be grateful when they are gone.Still trying to find ways to work on that.I live in a very drama filled family so it must be normal to have anxiety living here.
