Heart worry!!!

Hi, I havent posted about heart worrys in quiet a while! i had a baby and when i was pregnant and for the last 7 weeks i have been fine! but yesterday i got a sharp pain in my chest out of nowhere, and ever since ive been having on off pains, like dull pains, and keep getting pins and needles in my left hand, so worried something is wrong with my heart!! please someone tell me i am going to be ok!!

Hi Lily,

currently getting chest pain similar to this myself. Have been for over the past week and its very frightening due to the location of the pain and all you hear in the media about pain in this place! Trying to reassure myself that there is an awful going on in the chest area when it comes to muscles, connective tissue and nerves. These things can all be affected my anxiety and cause pain... worrying but completely harmless. Hope that helps.

Been there done that. I am so sorry but anxiety can def do this! Also, pulled muscles, strain in your spine, all of it. Try to relax :)
