Does anyone else ever feel like their anxiety amps up when they haven't had good sleep hours for a few days? My symptoms which I've had for 11 years and should know better are freaking me out this week. I saw a story about bone cancer on Facebook. .. you know one of those sappy cancer love stories.
this is how I feel today and it sucks. ......
sore muscles; neck shoulders a leg , the hop on my other side, my whole back, my ribs, my ankle.
Unmotivated.... upset stomach & in the bathroom a lot
my eyes feel almost sunken into my head like I'm fuzzy?
always tired during the day. .. 2 coffees aren't enough
ringing sensation in ears when it's silence around me
Not getting to sleep until 4am.... sleeping to 9am last 2 nights
Numbness tingling sensation.

I used to work overnights and NEVER sleep. .. also was in school then too. So I feel like maybe sleeps not an issue with me? Ore maybe now it is?

Sorry for a lame post. Omg.

Go and get yourself tested for Thyroid. It's a simple bloodtest.

Steve, thank you for the reply. I actually did get my thyroid tested because my mom had hers taken out (family history). However, they found it's perfectly healthy, good levels, etc. Not over or under active. I wish it was that easy.
Beginning to honestly think that I may just be so tired because of all of my anxiety. I know that after a panic attack I feel majorly exhausted, so maybe just from experiencing general anxiety all day, I wind up being consistently tired from that... all the muscle tensions, stressing and hyperventilation. Take care. Hope all's well!

And hearthstone, thank you. I replied. Take care as well.
