Fluoxetine for depression

hey i have been on Fluoxetine for depression for the last 6 days and there are some serious side effects coming will they go away and will i benefit from this med??

Hi

I was on Prozac for four years. It's very stimulating and I definitely wasn't depressed in any way for the four years. On the other hand I was taking it for social anxiety and it probably increased nervousness which wasn't useful to me at the time.
I think about going on it again frequently for that stimulating effect.

It's a bit weird for the first so many weeks yes but I was fine after that.

I have been on fluoxetine for 2 years now, my side effects were not bad untill my dosage was upped and it started to affect my sleep and I got hot sweats etc which made my anxiety worse! But after about 6 weeks I settled into them and I never want to come off them! haha
