Dear fellow NMP readers,
I have not battled long with HA. In fact, my HA is quite under control with a healthy lifestyle and outlook on life and myself.
My problem has rather developed into a hesitance to visit my Dr. Right now I am suffering from slight Tinnitus in my ears. I know this could be psychological but it is going on for 8 weeks. I am managing to live with it...I sleep and my panic attacks due to the buzz in my ears are limited :winks:
This brings me to my question. When should one go to the Dr?
Perhaps it is a good idea to set a benchmark. Like if a problem persists after 4 weeks, then go to the Dr?
I wish you all a panic good day! Myself will be jumping in the swimming pool and splashing around with my children.
