How do you add a profile picture?

Everything is done in your User Control Panel - where you read PM's.

Click on "Quick Links" at the top then you will see it

You click on your profile then click 'quick links' (it's where you would normally find the forum button), then click 'user control panel'. After that look to the left side of the screen and you should see the 'edit profile picture'. After that the rest is up to you!
