sick of worrying

Hi everyone, again worried about a sore in my mouth, the side of my tongue keeps getting sore it happened earlier this week and noticed little white bit where was sore, it went and now is back, I bit my tongue a little bit before it started hurting but not enough I don't think to cause it and it's more worrying because it's in the same bit, worrying myself again

The sore on my tongue is huge! I can't figure out how to put a picture on here otherwise I would show you this monster. The pain is so bad my ear hurts. I know it's a canker sore and it will go away. There is nothing to fear friend.

Also biting your tongue will cause more canker sores. Rinse with warm salt water.

That normal too. The one on my tongue is reoccurring. It's killing me right now. I hate them!

Really roseEve, there was no red round it just a white sore bit which is smaller now and doesn't hurt but then it comes back

Just try to avoid junk foods it will get batter soon.

What are you afraid it is? When I get sores on my tongue it never has a red ring. I wish I could show a pic.

One of my favorite fears. I used to worry about this all the time. Cancer doesn't get smaller/better. It gets bigger and bigger. It also doesn't usually hurt. Mine is very painful.

I put alum on it last night I don't want to jinx it but I think it's feeling better. I'll let you know if it works ;)

Sometimes, when I have a mouth sore, I swish with hydrogen peroxide twice a day after brushing. It says on the bottle the amount to use (I think it's 50/50 with water). I feel it helps it heal faster.

So the verdict is that the alum burns like hell. I don't know if it works because I didn't leave on long enough. I got this product called canker cover. It sticks to the sore and puts a coating over it so nothing can bother it. It has medicine and mint and the mint really soothes it. I'm not sure if they have it in the UK. It works really well.

Has it helped at all? How is your ulcer? And never heard of it but maybe something like it
