hi just keep feeling odd time were feel like I can't inhale air and wen I look down my throat squeezed up or some1/pushing it in but wen I lift my head up feels bit better also duno why it keeps cuming xoz I cud be watching t,v n get it it cud wake me.up odd times but I'm.not panicking so just worried.I've has doctors look down my throat and check my blood all came bk fine any1 give me advise xxx

Look back at your other threads on the same subject and read the replies people have already given you. If you are still concerned see your doctor.

Oh I do apologise just I was worrying agen just wanted people support as it helps but if I'm doing everyone's heading I'll won't cone bk on the site

People have given you loads of great advice Katy. You are suffering from anxiety and it causes loads of horrible symptoms. If you are really struggling with them you should speak to your doctor
