Hi guys.
Still worried about my ears. They feel full and squelch when I swallow, and I have ringing that varies in intensity. I have had all the tests, so no longer worried about tumours etc, but I seem to be fixating on the ringing since I googled and saw it can 'drive people mad'. This has become an anxiety thought that sends an adrenaline rush through me and is keeping the anxiety going.
I have read that many people suffer from this, it can be longterm and they get used to it after a while, but I can't seem to shift the anxiety over it.
Anyone have anything useful/soothing or reassuring to tell me? I just want to get back to normal.
