Numbness in left haned

Hi there - still feeling a bit buzzy with anxiwty but yesterday and today my left hand - the last 2 fingers on my left hand to be precise - feel numb and pins and needly - and my left arm aches - dont think its my heart coz theres no pain but I feel dizzy and panicky which doesnt help. Feel really weird at the mo but dont know why coz all the xmas parties and scary bits are over with and I LOVE xmas!!!

The pins and needles in the first two fingers is a very common symptom of anxiety. I get it all the time, you are not alone !

Not really silly to worry.. mine does this at the oddest moments.. When im watching television or laying in bed before I go to sleep and other odd moments. So you aren't alone..dont worry we all get it..
