Made it to turkey!

Just got back from 10 days on holiday in turkey and I had the time of my life barring 2 mini panic attacks throughout the whole trip I got through it and had am amazing time. Think it's truely done me and my anxiety the world of good! Can't wait to go on holiday agen never thought I would say that!!! X

Sounds fantastic, bet your so pleased, I'm going away on Friday for 3 days and it's only 30 mins from my house, I'm feeling ill about it, worrying about things, it's in a caravan, I'm scared but got to do it for my 6 year old, as we never been away and every thing is on site, she love it , I know I've got my diazepam incase, I prob take half the house with me, I'm just so scared
