I am on 175mg of zoloft 1 and a half mg of xanax and nortrel 777 birth control pills was just wondering what order i need to get off all this i want to b medicine free been on the zoloft and birthcontrol pills 10 Years and i need to know what order to get off of them and whsts the brst way to taper off the zoloft without having panick attacks and withdrawals please anyone help me also i beard that bendryll omega 3 and b12 is good for withdraws from zoloft but i need to know how much to take of each of these thanks again
