hi guys.looked at two flats.one on the second floor one on third floor.the third floor was ok bigger than the second not by much but didnt have carpet and the layout was not as good as the second floor..as for the second floor it was a nice size.good size bathroom and kitchen.plus it had new carpets throuout the flat.nice carpet to.plus every window had new virtical blinds .the flat dsnt need much doing to it but it will all get painted before i move in.very light all the windows are the same size as each room so are masive.lots of natural light.thats the one i liked.but today they are letting me lok at a flat on the ground floor.i may as well have a look just in case its special but otherwise ill be going for the second floor.they have a comuneral lounge and a lovely garden.washing mashines and iron and board.warden controlled through the day.so all looks nice..just goto wait for them to prosses the paperwork and give me a moving in date..

still anxious tho.feels real now that i will def get one and be living on my own.some excitment to..just have to wait and see how it all goes.last viewing today to make my mind up for sure and then the ball will be running.cant back out then.lol

well had my final look at all three flats today and found the on..fully carpeted blinds nice size.just got to wit now for a moving in date as long as there happy with my medical needs and mental health.because they assesed me on all this and is under review to make sure i meet the criteria.shouldnt be a problem but still have to wait and see.it will be a few weeks before i could move in anyway.so the night shelter has extended my time there untill i know the result...watch this space

That's awesome! It sounds like just paperwork/red tape on their end, so hopefully that gets sorted out soon. Also gives them time to clean/paint the place for you :)
