Hey, still recovering from mental panic attacks. I'm having a huge barrage of OCD problems ever since as well, and my head, especially behind my forehead, at times just feels like it is in agony. Anyone else experience this? At times also the OCD I'm experiencing leaves me feeling totally demented and unaware of whats going on around me, I guess this could be a lack of concentration down to depression.
BUT anyway, anyone experience this behind the forehead ache? When I'm experiencing it, thoughts can seem simply nightmare-ish and I wonder if my brain is simply incapable of producing serotonin anymore! This may have something to do with depersonalisation as well.

Yes, I used to get really bad headaches after panic attacks. The tension you hold in your scalp muscles, along with the hyperventilating and general anxiety can give you a stinking headache and general depersonalisation...

[^] When that tension goes a little, I get muscle spasms around my head, up until today I thought I was physically damaging my brain by relieving tension.
