I had this when I had a bad virus a few years ago ... my whole body felt like I had a sunburn and I hadn't been outside at all. It eventually went away when the virus went away. Maybe you have something similar?

Sounds like acid,, I get it from ribs in center down feels like when you had sunburn and its kinda stingy if that makes sense x
