So I have insilun resistance... I had grapes. And stupid me, I also had frosting yesterday. Now my heart is going 110 while resting and about 150 - 180 walking... is this normal? Its been going on for about an hour and a half. It beats hard too. I've had about 10 ekg's in the last year and they all came out normal... is this dangerous??? Help!
