Butterflies and feeling sick.

I have been taking Cipralex 30mg for a while (basically it started when my cat was poorly). Recently my son has been taking about applying for jobs away from home. This has brought back memories of when my ex left me and my father dying the same week and all the other family members dying as well. Everything seems so dismal around me (including my house).

I don't like being like this as I am my daughters carer (she suffers from mental health issues) and I don't want her to see me down.

My son is 32 and has a degree he has been working from home up to a couple of months ago but now work has dried up.

Any ideas?:weep:

Are there no groups you can get involved with where you can get together with people in a similair situation and maybe have a cuppa and a chat with each week.

I'm sure I've read something about support services for carers.

Google "carers support" for your area. I'm sure there'll be something going on in your area.

I went to the doctor yesterday who was very understanding he has increased my Cipralex to 40mgs and has told me to come back if I feel no better.

I hate feeling like this as most of us do.:weep:
