Hi I am new I had anxiety 26 years ago through a bad birth with my 2nd child I had anxiety an painc for 2 years eventually got right.
and againg this year its happening again. This time its related to being ill when I have something wrong now I am so anxious and think the worst as I have a fear of hospitals and operations. I have syptoms of IBS and its difficult to keep my anxiety managed even though I do all the things necessary. So I did it alone last time but this time its better as this web site is availble for support hopefully it will help
