Missed medication ????

Hi all yesterday I missed all my medication I'm on fluxotine and propanadol and today I've felt rubbish but I didn't think missing one day would effect me so much anyone else done the same at some point ??? Xx

I forgot to take a lexapro for just one day when I was on it and I started feeling dizzy, had a headache, etc. You'd be surprised!
