plz help fear returned dvt

Really need some advice for the past week ive had constant pain in my calf the pain is a sharp/dull ache. For the last few days ive had severe pains in the centre of my chest. I am terrified I have a dvt and I worry about a pe as I have chest pains. My doc has done two di dimars which have come back ok also yesterday I had a ecg cos of chest pain. :weep:

is anyone there I can talk too due to my symptoms im worried ive got a dvt/pe I have some of the symptoms. The doc has looked at my calf and there are no clinical symptoms although I have sharp pain in my calf and pain in the centre of my chest. I had bloodtest fri to see if my blood was clotting came back ok. Just don't understand really concerned can anyone help.
