Not sure ?

so my anxiety has been high recently so ive been to the doctor and he has prescribed me with 40mg propananol and he has give me 2mg diazipan

but i am to scared to take any of them my anxiety is of now im not feeling to good and i can feel my heart rate growing and i know the propananol lowers your heart rate but what if it does it to much what if it stops my heart what if im allergic to it i dont know so i panic more and more looking at them thinking about it

Just take them :)

you will be fine, I have take diaz and propranolol together and it is fine......your dr wouldn't give you it if they were worried.
