For the past 24 hours I have been getting stomach pains after I eat. Even if I try to eat a small amount.
Google is telling me I have pancreitus and other various things that are serious

I am panicking im going to keel over and die any minute now

Google will also tell you that you have every cancer under the sun! Since its only been 24 hours I wouldn't worry too much. If it continues, see a GP. It could be something as simple as an upset stomach or reflux ☺

Knowing you have anxiety, common sense tells me you have stomach issues related to it (acid reflux etc.). Hope you feel better.

Yeah and if you Google "cold, sore throat" Dr.Google will give you HIV, Ebola, Swine Flu and every other thing going.

I have to say I've not felt great today with a dodgy stomach and my mate was ill for 24hrs with sickness etc. so might be a bug.
