Headache , nausea

Woke up with really bad headache ,dizziness and nausea
Headache a bit better , but still feel really sick.
So scared, maybe it's a migraine.
Never felt so ill.

Woke up with another headache.
Has anyone had headaches on waking.
Trying not to worry !

Hi PB,
I've had these before, they can be something simple like dehydration, if you're stressed out grinding your teeth & being tense in your sleep.
Anxiety is enough on it's own to cause this.

If it's a migraine (I've suffered with these too) you'd have some visual disturbances, some problems with your limbs, numbness etc.
