Strong pulse like feeling lower back

For the last few days I have been experiencing a real unpleasant and scary feeling! It's somewhat hard to explain but after I have walked around doing normal house stuff or walked up the stairs I have the most intense pulsing in my lower back which radiates to my chest.. It's so intense I feel like I'm going to pass out or die :( (bit extreme but it's very scary) the pain usually last around 10-30 seconds!


If anyone has had this or might have an idea please help... I'm going out of my mind and very scared!

When I'm anxious or when I do strenuous exercise I feel a strong pulse on the left side of my neck. Sometimes it hurts and the pain radiates to the lower jaw and left lateral chest wall. I don't know what it is. I wish I did. I have some suspicions and they're not good. As to yours, there's an abdominal pulse as well. Some people are able to feel it after exertion. I don't know if it's normal or not. Sorry but I can't help any further than this.
