A good month

I havent been on here for a month if not more...... ive had such a good month, ive started a new job which I love and the people who I work with are fab... but my anxiety is slipping I feel..... im not worrying about anything in particular just dobt feel right.... like ive got slight pressure in my head and ears..... and I keep getting that horrible feeling you get before you have a panic attack but im not getting the panic attack.... that horrible full chest feeling....
