Mole on neck

Over the last few days I have noticed a new mole on my neck, should I be worried about this because it's on my mind a lot? Do all new moles need to be checked out? It makes me so scared :(

Not if it looks fine.

New moles come up all the time.

So as long as the borders are ok and the colour and all that stuff I wouldn't bother :)
