I am a glaucoma suspect which means I don't have glaucoma but am a suspect because optic nerve is cupped in right eye as of 2008. I've had to go for eye exams every 6 months to have condition checked. So far no glaucoma, but I get very frightened, fearing glaucoma & then I freak out thinking they're going to find something life threatening when examining dilated eyes. This fearful anxiety is horrifying to me! & then if I get mild headaches which I do, which don't need pain killer, I REALLY begin freaking over brain Tumors, stroke. You name it, I fear it. I HATE THIS FEAR! I'm not a depressed person but this anxiety sucks the joy right out of life ! ANY feedback would be appreciated! Thank You!
