Hi! I'm quite new to all of this. I have always been somewhat of an anxious person but events over the past couple of weeks have taken me to a whole new level. I experienced my first real panic attack (very frightening!) and have had anxiety every day since. I do like to think I am making some progress. I try to go out of my comfort zone as much as I can, its very hard sometimes, but I think that is the only way to deal with all of this? I hope I'm on the right track, and I hope I can make some friends here to help with this journey as well!
